Project and Account Management- Denver, Colorado
- Manage all phases of the job including but not limited to: client relations, production, delivery and installation interface.
- Coordinate and facilitate design development process.
- Participation in company, client, and fabrication meetings.
- Participation in company, client and equipment meetings.
- Interpret architectural print and specs
- Travel to job sites as necessary to obtain field dimensions, determine site readiness, and to ensure superior final product and equipment installation.
- Participate in reviewing casework and equipment drawings to ensure that they meet all State, Federal, City and County regulatory codes.
- Provide timely required job deliverables related to all parties, meeting updates, and project debriefs.
- Facilitate production of and/or review project drawings to ensure that they meet the conceptual guidelines, specifications and approval laid out by the customer.
- Engineer solutions to problems related to customer expectations (including specification and design changes), site conditions, functional and aesthetic issues and scheduling.
- Work to strengthen strategic alliances within current client, contractor and vendor base as well as expand business opportunities.
- Work with Shop on engineering/design issues as they relate to our projects.
- Proficient use of Auto CAD and Sketch-up by six-month review period.
- Work with restaurant equipment provider in all phases of equipment specification, layout and installation.
Base salary 115K-125K plus Commission and Full Benefits
